1. 개요
파킷(Parkit, 이하 "앱")은 개인 개발자가 운영하며, 차량 블루투스 연결 해제를 감지하여 주차 위치를 자동으로 기록하는 iOS 앱입니다.
앱은 외부 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에만 저장됩니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
2.1 위치 정보
- 수집 항목: 주차 시점의 GPS 좌표 (대략적 위치)
- 수집 시점: 차량 블루투스 해제 감지 시 또는 수동 주차 기록 시 (1회성)
- 수집 목적: 주차 위치 표시 및 길찾기 기능 제공
- 저장 위치: 기기 내 저장
- 보유 기간: 서비스 이용 목적 달성 시까지 또는 사용자 삭제 요청 시. 앱 삭제 시 즉시 파기
2.2 블루투스 기기 정보
- 수집 항목: 차량 블루투스 기기 이름 및 UUID
- 수집 시점: 사용자가 모니터링할 기기를 선택할 때
- 수집 목적: 차량 블루투스 연결/해제 감지를 통한 주차 자동 기록
- 저장 위치: 기기 내 저장
2.3 카메라 (주차장 표지판 인식)
- 사용 목적: 주차장 표지판을 촬영하여 층수/구역 정보를 텍스트로 추출 (OCR)
- 데이터 처리: 기기 내에서 처리, 외부 서버 전송 없음
- 저장: 인식된 텍스트 및 사진 썸네일(선택적) — 기기 내 저장
2.4 iCloud 동기화 (선택적)
- 수집 항목: 주차 기록, 차량 정보, 즐겨찾기 장소
- 사용 시점: 사용자가 설정에서 iCloud 동기화를 직접 켤 때만 활성화 (기본값: 꺼짐)
- 저장 위치: 사용자 본인의 Apple iCloud 계정
- 목적: 동일 Apple ID의 여러 기기 간 데이터 동기화 및 재설치 시 복원
- 제3자 접근: 개발자 포함 누구도 사용자의 iCloud 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다
2.5 생체 인증 (선택적)
- 사용 목적: 앱 잠금 기능 (Face ID / Touch ID)
- 데이터 처리: iOS 시스템을 통해 인증 결과(성공/실패)만 수신
- 저장: 생체 데이터를 앱이 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다

4. 데이터 공유 및 전송
앱은 어떠한 데이터도 개발자 서버나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 서드파티 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. iCloud 동기화를 켠 경우 데이터는 사용자 본인의 Apple iCloud 계정으로만 전송되며, Apple의 개인정보 보호 정책이 적용됩니다.
5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 개인정보는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 앱 내에서 개별 기록을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 모든 데이터가 완전히 제거됩니다.
- iCloud 동기화를 사용한 경우, iCloud에 저장된 데이터는 설정 > iCloud 저장 공간에서 별도로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람 요청
- 개인정보 정정 및 삭제 요청
- 개인정보 처리 정지 요청
위 권리는 앱 내에서 직접 행사하거나(기록 삭제, 권한 설정 변경, iCloud 동기화 끄기), 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 시 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

7. 권한 거부 시 제한 사항
앱에서 요청하는 권한을 거부하더라도 앱 사용은 가능하지만, 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 위치 권한 거부: 주차 위치 GPS 기록 및 지도 표시 불가
- 블루투스 권한 거부: 차량 블루투스 해제 자동 감지 불가
- 카메라 권한 거부: 주차 표지판 OCR 자동 인식 불가
- 알림 권한 거부: 주차 기록 알림 수신 불가
8. 아동의 개인정보 보호
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 것을 발견한 경우, 즉시 해당 정보를 삭제하겠습니다.
9. 보안
앱은 다음과 같은 안전성 확보 조치를 적용합니다.
- iOS 보안 체계에 의한 데이터 격리 및 보호
- 기기 내 데이터 암호화
- iCloud 동기화 시 Apple의 암호화 전송 적용
- Face ID/Touch ID는 iOS 보안 영역에서 처리되며, 앱이 생체 데이터에 접근하지 않음

Parkit Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Parkit ("the App") is developed by an individual developer. The App automatically records your parking location by detecting vehicle Bluetooth disconnection.
The App does not operate any external servers. All data is stored on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Location Information
- Data Collected: GPS coordinates at parking time (approximate)
- When: Bluetooth disconnect detection or manual recording (one-time)
- Purpose: Display parking location and provide directions
- Storage: On-device only
- Retention: Until the purpose of collection is fulfilled or until deleted by user. Immediately destroyed upon app deletion
2.2 Bluetooth Device Information
- Data: Vehicle Bluetooth device name and UUID
- When: When user selects a device to monitor
- Purpose: Detect connection/disconnection for automatic parking recording
- Storage: On-device only
2.3 Camera (Parking Sign OCR)
- Purpose: Extract floor/zone from parking signs via on-device OCR
- Processing: Processed entirely on-device. No external transmission.
- Storage: Recognized text and optional photo thumbnail — on-device only
2.4 iCloud Sync (Optional)
- Data: Parking records, vehicle info, favorite locations
- When: Only when user explicitly enables iCloud sync in Settings (default: off)
- Storage: User's own Apple iCloud account
- Purpose: Sync data across devices with the same Apple ID, and restore after reinstall
- Third-party access: No one, including the developer, can access user's iCloud data
2.5 Biometric Authentication (Optional)
- Purpose: App lock (Face ID / Touch ID)
- Processing: Only receives authentication result (success/fail) via iOS system
- Storage: The App does not collect or store any biometric data
2.6 Notifications
- Local notifications only. No push notification server.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- Personal identification (name, email, phone)
- Account information (no login)
- Payment information
- Continuous location tracking
- Analytics or advertising identifiers
4. Data Sharing
The App does not transmit any data to developer servers or third parties. No third-party SDKs are used. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted only to the user's own Apple iCloud account, subject to Apple's privacy policy.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled.
- Delete individual records directly in the app.
- Uninstalling the app permanently removes all data from your device.
- If iCloud sync was used, iCloud data can be deleted separately via Settings > iCloud Storage.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Request suspension of processing of your personal information
You can exercise these rights directly within the app (deleting records, changing permission settings, disabling iCloud sync) or by contacting us at the email below. We will act on your request without delay.

7. Consequences of Permission Denial
You may use the app even if you deny permissions, but some features may be limited:
- Location denied: Cannot record GPS parking location or display on map
- Bluetooth denied: Cannot auto-detect vehicle Bluetooth disconnection
- Camera denied: Cannot use OCR to auto-recognize parking signs
- Notification denied: Cannot receive parking record notifications
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will immediately delete it.
9. Security
The App implements the following security measures:
- Data isolation and protection via iOS security framework
- On-device data encryption
- Encrypted transmission when using iCloud sync
- Face ID/Touch ID processed in iOS secure area; the App does not access biometric data
10. Do Not Track
The App does not track users across third-party websites or services. The App does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals as it does not perform any tracking.
